Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare, cook food and present food effectively and efficiently, meeting the company standards.
Ensure that procedures for supplies, equipment, and work areas comply to the established standards.
Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy always.
Maintain good personal hygiene as well as high work and safety standards in the workplace.
Engage management for any guest issue or complaint.
Basic housekeeping duties and upkeep of cleanliness of restaurant.
Adhere to all company service standards and protocols.
Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming.
Assist in other ad hoc duties when required.

Requirements

Prior experience (in a high volume environment) is preferred.
Passion for the food.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude.
Must possess exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback.
Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
