I hereby authorise, agree and consent to allow Dapur Penyet and its affiliates:

1. (a)

collect, use, disclose and/or process personal data about me that I had previously provided Dapur Penyet, that I now provide Dapur Penyet, that I may in future provide Dapur Penyet with and/or that Dapur Penyet possesses about me including but not limited to my name, my identification number, my telephone numbers, my email address for the following purposes:

1. (i)

in connection with my application to work in Dapur Penyet;

1. (iv)

carrying out due diligence and other screening activities, or to prevent or investigate any fraud or breach of contract or unlawful activity, or complying with or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction;

1. (vi)

storing, hosting, backing up (whether for disaster recovery or otherwise) of my personal data, whether within or outside Singapore,

(collectively the “Purposes”);

1. (b)

disclose personal data about me to Dapur Penyet third party service providers and agents (“Representatives”) that are engaged by Dapur Penyet to perform certain functions in connection with the Purposes so long as disclosure is necessary to enable such Representatives to perform the said functions. The Representatives may be located within or outside Singapore. In this regard, I hereby acknowledge, agree and consent that the said Representatives may, to the extent necessary to perform the said functions, collect, use, disclose and/or process my personal data.

I hereby represent and warrant that I am the authorised user and/or subscriber of the email address and/or telephone number(s) provided by me to Dapur Penyet, and that that I have read and understood the above provisions.

I acknowledge that should I wish to withdraw my consent in part or whole, I will send an email to hello@dapurpenyet.com.sg and provide details of my withdrawal.
